Target Audience

Project participants include public-sector agencies, citizen groups, and private-sector consultants that have a civic interest, the decision-making authority, and have the resources for streambank stabilization projects.

These groups include

• county drain and road commission personnel,
• local department of public works,
• engineering and landscape architects,
• watershed councils, and
• homeowner associations.
