Target Area

The geographical area served by the Southeast Michigan RC&D Council includes Lenawee, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne counties. This area contains a mixture of highly urbanized, suburban, and rural areas. The major watersheds contained within these counties include the Clinton River, Detroit River, Huron River, River Raisin, and the Rouge River.
