Latest News: Council Launches Urban Agriculture Initiative in City of Detroit
Through an agreement with the USDA NRCS, the SEMIRCD will provide educational opportunities for agricultural producers using seasonal high tunnels in the City of Detroit - Wayne County area. This programming will help producers learn more about installing, managing, and maintaining high tunnels, while also showcasing best practices for producing and marketing crops from these systems.
